What we collect and why
When you send the quote request form we receive your name, e-mail address and whatever else you choose to enter – company name, phone number, VAT number, product, quantity and your message. We use this for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare an offer.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, once an offer is in progress, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after two years. Where an order follows, the accounting rules that apply to us determine the retention period.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
The site sets the cookies it needs to work. With your consent we also load an advertising measurement tag, which tells us whether an ad led to an enquiry, and the Google map on the contact page. Choosing “Necessary only” leaves both switched off; everything else on the site keeps working.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to the processing, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us and we will answer within one month. muanyagrekesz@gmail.com
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully you may complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.) or to the authority in your own country, and you may go to court.
